If you are interested in presenting a program, please complete the Program Presenter Application form below.
Contact Briana Moore, Librarian for Programs & Community Outreach at (845) 358-3370 x235 or email programs@nyacklibrary.org
If this is a proposal for a Carnegie Concert, please do not fill out this form and email kkumpf@nyacklibrary.org directly with your proposal, links, and media package.
Due to the high number of proposals received, we can only respond to those where we see a programming opportunity. Proposals will be reviewed by the Programming Committee, and staff will inform you of the decision regarding your application. Schedules are determined months in advance, and priorities will change depending on seasonal and other factors.
Programs are selected for their alignment with the Library’s mission and goals, budget, staffing, program space availability, presenter background and qualifications in content area, relevance to community needs, interests, and issues, historical or educational significance, connection to other community programs, exhibitions, or events, relation to library collection, resources, exhibits, and programs.
Before completing this application, please review the Presenter Expectations & Procedures to ensure your program proposal meets the Library’s requirements and guidelines.
