Nyack Library is participating in a joint bid for the modernization and maintenance of seven hydraulic passenger elevators at five library locations in Rockland County, New York:

Haverstraw King’s Daughters Public Library, 10 West Ramapo Road, Garnerville, NY
New City Free Library, 220 North Main Street, New City, NY
Nyack Library, 59 South Broadway, Nyack, NY
Tappan Free Library, 93 Main Street, Tappan, NY
West Nyack Free Library, 65 Strawtown Road, West Nyack, NY

Bid Submission Deadline
Hard copy sealed bid proposals are due by 1:00 PM on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in accordance with the instructions provided in the linked Request for Proposal.

Bid Opening Meeting
The Bid Opening Meeting will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at 10:15 AM in the Board Room at Haverstraw King’s Daughters Public Library, 10 W. Ramapo Road, Garnerville, NY. The Board Room is located on the lower level.
