The Museum Pass Program is sponsored by the Friends of the Nyack Library.

Explore museums, cultural institutions, and historic sites with free or discounted admission through the Library’s Museum Pass Program. Each pass provides access to a specific museum and may include additional benefits such as guest admission or store discounts.

How to Borrow a Pass

  • Call the Circulation Desk or visit the Library to check availability
  • You may also check availability through the online catalog or call 845-358-3370 ext 211
  • Passes can be held for only 1 hour. No advance reservations are allowed
  • Passes must be picked up and returned to the Library
  • Passes may be returned in the book drop inside the provided envelope
  • Failure to follow these guidelines may result in loss of museum pass borrowing privileges

Loan period and rules

  • Available to adult patrons age 18 and older with a valid Nyack or Valley Cottage Library card in good standing
  • Only one pass may be borrowed per household at a time
  • Loan period is three days
  • Passes cannot be renewed
  • A late fee of $10.00 per day, with a maximum fine of $50.00, will be imposed for every day the pass is overdue.
