Events in The Children's Room
During the school year, the Nyack Library Children's Room offers a wide array of free programs and activities for children up to the age of twelve. Storytimes for babies, toddlers and preschoolers are held on weekday mornings, while programs for school-aged children are held in the afternoons and on Saturdays. We offer special craft programs, read-alouds, concerts, workshops, parties and more for the school-aged child.
Our summer months are jam-packed with activities revolving around our Summer Reading Program. This program is intended for children ages 3 to 12, and runs from the end of June until the middle of August.
